About the pastor
My background
Pastor George A. Swiney is native of Washington, D.C. and was educated in Maryland. He is the son of Apostle Janice L. Swiney Th.D and the late Elder George A. Swiney, Sr. Pastor Swiney is married to Evangelist Rosalind Swiney. In 2006, Pastor Swiney felt a divine calling from the Holy Spirit to relocate to Augusta Georgia, where he helped build Out of Lodebar Ministries. It was there where he was anointed to be a Teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 2009, he returned to the DC Metropolitan Area to assist his mother, Apostle Janice L. Swiney to build the Ministry (New Branch of Zion Deliverance Ministries) God placed in her hands. It was there where he was ordained to be a Teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 2016 Pastor George Swiney, was licensed to be a Pastor and then founded Bountiful Harvest Christian Ministries. He graduated Bible Faith Global University with a Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a Christ-centered community that reflects the heart of the Kingdom of God by serving others as unto the Lord, recognizing that whatever is done for the least of these is done for Christ Himself.
We seek to cultivate a local assembly marked by compassion, generosity, and faithful obedience, where believers actively care for those in need, welcome the stranger, and demonstrate the love of Christ through both word and action.
Our Mission
Our mission to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ by making disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all that He has commanded, and establishing a Christ-centered community that reflects the life of the early Church as described in Acts 2.
We seek to build a local assembly devoted to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer, where believers grow in faith, love, unity, and service, and where the Gospel is proclaimed both locally and to the nations.
