About the pastor

Pastor George A. Swiney is native of Washington, D.C.  and was educated in Maryland. He is the son of  Apostle Janice L. Swiney Th.D and the late Elder George A. Swiney, Sr.   Pastor Swiney is married to Evangelist Rosalind Swiney.  In 2006, Pastor Swiney felt a divine calling from the Holy Spirit to relocate to Augusta Georgia, where he helped build Out of Lodebar Ministries. It was there where he was anointed to be a Teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In 2009, he returned to the DC Metropolitan Area to assist his mother, Apostle Janice L. Swiney to build the Ministry (New Branch of Zion Deliverance Ministries) God placed in her hands. It was there where he was ordained to be a Teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In 2016 Pastor George Swiney, was licensed to be a Pastor and then founded Bountiful Harvest Christian Ministries.  He graduated Bible Faith Global University with a Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies.  

Our vision is to build a congregation of disciples from all nations, creating an assembly that serves its local, national, and global communities. We are called to be a church that not only teaches the Word of God but also actively demonstrates His love through outreach and service. Our ministry will be a place where individuals are equipped to live out their faith, walk in God's purpose, and share the hope of the Gospel.

 Our mission at Bountiful Harvest Christian Ministries is to  strive towards meeting the practical and spiritual needs of those around us by establishing initiatives that provide food, clothing, and comfort to veterans and others in need. Through outreach, support, and partnership with others, we seek to bring hope and healing to individuals and families, offering a place of refuge and restoration.
